Boarding the vessel for the Harbor Cruise requires navigating a 25-foot ramp and climbing approximately four steps. Please note that the ramp's incline can vary 5'-10' with the tide, and the floating dock may feel a bit unsteady due to tidal changes and passing boats. For safety reasons, the vessel cannot accommodate walkers or wheelchairs. Additionally, staff are unable to physically assist passengers on or off the boat. Guests must be able to move independently to board and navigate the vessel.
Starr has a select quantity of wheelchair accessible motorcoaches available; therefore, we suggest you contact a Travel Advisor to discuss any needs you may have before reserving your trip.
