OPTIONAL Dinner at Mandarin Buffet Restaurant

Mandarin Buffet is an all-you-can-enjoy dine-in experience offering about 100 items on the buffet tables filled with a variety of dishes. Menu includes soups, breaded torpedo shrimp, beef with broccoli, general tao chicken, barbecued spare ribs, sweet & sour pork, Shanghai noodles, Singapore noodles, vegetable fried rice, pizza, sushi, grilled rib eye, and an array of desserts! Featuring great flavor and endless variety, Mandarin offers high quality food, a warm atmosphere, and friendly service.

Cost is $46 per person for dinner.

Dinner on day one is included at Skylon Tower. Choices are:

• Breaded Chicken Breast with a red pepper cream sauce

• Grilled Salmon Filet with soy lemon butter

• Eggplant Parmesan (Vegetarian)

Entrees are served with a baguette, salad, roasted potatoes, fresh seasonal vegetables, and dessert. Coffee and hot tea are included.

Children's Menu Choices:

• Spaghetti & Meatballs with salad

• Chicken Fingers with plum sauce and fries.

Need to Know:

• Niagara Boat Tour: Visitors are given a thin plastic rain poncho to wear, but may still get wet. The lower level towards the back of the boat tends to stay the driest. It would be a good idea to pack waterproof bags or pouches to protect your electronics, wallets, and other important items.

• Every Starr trip includes deluxe round-trip motorcoach transportation from one or more of our departure locations.
