Deposit/Final Payment Policy: $300 per person is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due by 6/23/2026.

Cancellation Penalties: If cancellation occurs from booking date to 6/22/26, a $25.00* per person penalty will be assessed. If cancellation occurs between 6/23/26 - 7/28/26, a $300.00* per person penalty will be assessed. If cancellation occurs between 7/29/26 - 10/11/26, the traveler is in full penalty & no refund will be granted.

*In addition to the cancellation policies above, if additional payments have been made by Starr for the purpose of securing your cruise reservation, these monies are non-refundable once received. Any name changes after the final payment is made will be assessed a per person change fee determined by the cruise line. Starr may impose an additional fee for name changes.

 

"Government fees & taxes, non-commissionable fees and port expenses" may include any and all fees, charges, tolls & taxes imposed by US and/or foreign/governmental authorities including, but not limited to, SU Customs fees, head taxes, dockage fees, wharfage fees, air taxes, hotel or VAT taxes incurred as part of a land tour, immigration and naturalization fees, and Internal Revenue Service fees.
