Entry into Canada is solely determined by Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA) officials in accordance with Canadian law. Guests with a criminal record (including misdemeanors or DWI) may be barred from entering and must obtain a special waiver well in advance of any planned travel. Deposit/Final Payment Policy: $300 per person is due at time of booking. Final payment is due by 6/1/2027

Cancellation Penalties: If cancellation occurs from booking date to 6/1/27, a $25.00* per person penalty will be assessed. If cancellation occurs between 6/2/27 - 6/20/27, a $300.00* per person penalty will be assessed. If cancellation occurs between 6/21/27 - 7/20/27, a 50% per person penalty will be assessed. If cancellation occurs between 7/21/27 - 10/19/27, the traveler is in full penalty & no refund will be granted.

*In addition to the cancellation policies above, if additional payments have been made by Starr for the purpose of securing your cruise reservation, these monies are non-refundable once received. Any name changes after the final payment is made will be assessed a per person change fee determined by the cruise line. Starr may impose an additional fee for name changes.

 

"Government fees & taxes, non-commissionable fees and port expenses" may include any and all fees, charges, tolls & taxes imposed by US and/or foreign/governmental authorities including, but not limited to, SU Customs fees, head taxes, dockage fees, wharfage fees, air taxes, hotel or VAT taxes incurred as part of a land tour, immigration and naturalization fees, and Internal Revenue Service fees.
