Trolley Tour of Cape May

Enjoy a 45-minute trolley tour through Cape May’s National Historic Landmark District. Marvel at charming gingerbread houses, explore the town's oldest residential street, and admire the stately Victorian-era "grande dames" in the heart of the elegant commercial center.

 

Emlen Physick Estate

A visit to Cape May isn't complete without exploring the iconic Emlen Physick Estate. Designed by renowned architect Frank Furness and built in 1879, this stunning 18-room mansion is celebrated as one of America’s finest examples of Victorian "Stick Style" architecture. Saved and restored in the 1970s by the Mid-Atlantic Center for the Arts, the estate also includes nine historic outbuildings spread across four picturesque acres. During Cape May's holiday season, the Estate comes to life with a living history experience, offering a glimpse into how the Physick family celebrated Christmas in the 1890s, complete with authentic decorations and traditions.

 

Washington Street Mall

The Washington Street Mall, spanning three blocks between Ocean and Perry Streets, is a pedestrian-only haven perfect for a leisurely shopping experience. Explore a mix of specialty stores, including Fralinger's Taffy, The Original Fudge Kitchen, Import Bazaar, La Patisserie, and The Christmas Shoppe, alongside many other restaurants and stores.

Lunch is included at the Lobster House Restaurant. Choices are:

Lunch is served with a House Salad OR Clam Chowder, bread and butter, roasted red skin potatoes, and green beans almandine. Also included are Chocolate Parfait for dessert along with Coffee,Tea, or Iced Tea.
