Cancellation Penalties: If cancellation occurs from booking date to 6/21/26, a $25.00* per person penalty will be assessed. If cancellation occurs between 6/22/26 - 8/1/26, a $300.00* per person penalty will be assessed. If cancellation occurs between 8/2/26 - 11/9/26, the traveler is in full penalty & no refund will be granted.

*In addition to the cancellation policies above, if additional payments have been made by Starr for the purpose of securing your cruise reservation, these monies are non-refundable once received. Any name changes after the final payment is made will be assessed a per person change fee determined by the cruise line. Starr may impose an additional fee for name changes.
