Lunch is served in the Demonstration Theater, an inviting amphitheater equipped with cutting-edge audiovisual technology. Here, guest chefs showcase their skills, crafting delightful dishes using New York State ingredients.

Lunch Buffet Boat Cruise on Lake Skaneateles

Enjoy a scenic lunch buffet cruise aboard Judge Ben Wiles, navigating Skaneateles Lake, known as the "eastern gateway to the Finger Lakes." The lake is thought of as one of the most beautiful and cleanest bodies of water in the world.

Dinner on Day 1 is includes at the Springside Inn

Dinner will be served family style. Menu includes Mixed Greens with tomato, cucumber, and carrots with house dressing, Pasta Primavera in a light white wine sauce, Oven Roasted Turkey with cranberry sauce, Roasted Sirloin of Beef thinly sliced with au jus, Mashed Potatoes & Gravy, Seasonal Vegetables, Yankee Sausage & Sage Stuffing. Served with Fresh Baked Rolls and Butter, Coffee and Tea, and Chef's Choice Dessert.

 

Lunch on Day 2 is included at NY Kitchen. Entree Choices Include:

• Grilled Chicken Breast with seasonal sauce, steamed rice and seasonal New York State vegetables

• Grilled Salmon with seasonal sauce, steamed rice and seasonal New York State vegetables

• Vegetarian Pasta with seasonal New York State vegetables

Meal also includes mixed greens salad, apple tarte dessert, and coffee, iced tea, hot tea, & soft drinks.

 

Lunch on Day 3 is included on the boat cruise

The meal will be served buffet style. Menu includes BBQ Prime Rib Sandwich, Vegetarian Lasagna, Garden Salad with balsamic dressing, Potato Salad or Macaroni Salad, Sliced Turkey Breast, Ham, and Roast Beef, Sliced American, Swiss, and Provolone Cheeses, Sliced tomatoes, onions, crisp lettuce, pickles, mayonnaise, cranberry mayonnaise, mustard and horseradish. Served with coffee, tea, and lemonade, with assorted cookies for dessert.

Rose Hill Mansion - The first floor is wheelchair accessible only, advanced notice is appreciated.

 

Casa Larga Vineyards - There are 2 sets of stairs. If guests cannot navigate the steps, they can wait in the tasting shop on the main floor.

 

Skaneateles Lake Boat Cruise - The boat is equipped with a ramp for mobility needs. While there are two levels, those with mobility issues can comfortably remain on the first level where restrooms are also conveniently located.
