Grand Canyon Railway

Arrive in Williams to board the Grand Canyon Railway for a nostalgic two-hour train journey that delivers you to the awe-inspiring South Rim of Grand Canyon National Park

 

Verde Canyon Railroad

Travel to Clarkdale to board the Verde Canyon Railroad, also known as the Wilderness Train. The spectacular four-hour ride in a first-class railcar takes you between two national forests, past crimson cliffs, over old-fashioned trestles and through a 680-foot tunnel.

 

Grand Canyon National Park

Awe-inspiring South Rim of Grand Canyon National Park for free time and lunch on your own. Six million years in the making, the Grand Canyon’s dynamic colors and textures inspire reflection at nature’s power and beauty.

 

Oak Creek Canyon

Oak Creek Canyon is quite possibly one of the most beautiful and scenic stretches of Arizona you can drive. Oak Creek Canyon is about 12 miles long with towering canyon walls that range from 800 to 2000 feet. In contrast to the desert red rocks of Sedona and the alpine forests of Flagstaff, this little stretch offers its own little micro-environment consisting of a crystal-clear creek lined with smooth river rocks.

 

Sedona Trolley Tour

Start a great day with a Sedona Trolley Tour, featuring the Chapel of the Holy Cross and Airport Mesa, with spectacular views of the Sedona area. The trolley guide will give insight into the various rock formations, indigenous vegetation, and history of this remarkable area.

 

Chapel of the Holy Cross

The Chapel of the Holy Cross was the vision of local rancher and sculptor Marguerite Brunswig Staude, who was inspired in 1932 by the newly completed Empire State Building to create a modern place of worship. Her first attempt to build the chapel in Budapest, Hungary—alongside architect Lloyd Wright, son of Frank Lloyd Wright—was abandoned due to the outbreak of World War II. Determined to bring her dream to life, Staude later chose her native region of Arizona as the chapel’s home. With the help of Senator Barry Goldwater, she secured a special-use permit to build on Coconino National Forest land. Construction was overseen by Fred Coukos of the William Simpson Construction Company and took 18 months to complete at a cost of $300,000. Remarkably, over 25 tons of rock were moved during the build without the use of dynamite. The chapel was completed in 1956.

 

Montezuma Castle

Vist the Montezuma Castle National Monument which contains ruins of a cliff dwelling built in the 12th and 13th centuries by the Sinagua Indians.

 

Jerome

Visit the old mining town of Jerome, once a virtual ghost town, now restored with shops, museums and art galleries.

 

Tlaquepaque & Sedona Uptown

Visit Uptown Sedona and the Spanish-Mexican village of Tlaquepaque to explore these wonderful areas full of art galleries, shops, and restaurants.

 

Chuckwagon Supper & Show

Experience a farewell dinner at the Blazin’ M Ranch, where you will enjoy a hearty Chuckwagon Supper and Western Stage Show.

Payment & Cancellation Policies for September 27, 2026

Deposit/Payment Policy: Deposit is $425.00 per person. Final payment is due by 06/09/2026

Cancellation Penalties: If cancellation occurs from booking date to 03/31/26, a $25.00 per person penalty will be assessed. If cancellation occurs between 04/01/26 and 06/09/26, a $425.00 per person penalty will be assessed. If cancellation occurs between 06/10/26 and 07/26/26, a $1,200.00 per person penalty will be assessed. If cancellation occurs between 07/27/26 and 09/27/26, the passenger is in full penalty and no refund will be granted.

*In addition to the cancellation polices listed above, if additional payments have been made to Starr for the purpose of securing your airline reservation, these monies are non-refundable once received. Any name changes after final payment is made will be assessed a per person change fee. The amount of the fee will be determined by the airline.
