ArtsQuest's flagship event is Musikfest, the largest non-gated music festival in the country. In 2023, the organization welcomed 1,330,000 people, a record for the 40th annual event. The 11-day late summer festival featured over 500 free performances located throughout the City of Bethlehem and 11 headliner shows that performed on the Wind Creek Steel Stage.

A lovely lunch buffet is included at ArtsQuest Center at SteelStacks.
