Lunch will be served buffet-style and features chicken salad on a croissant, turkey and gouda on wheat, pasta salad, and coleslaw. Lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, Dijon, honey mustard, and horseradish aioli are all served on the side. Mini assorted cheesecakes, bars, and cookies are included for dessert, along with coffee, tea, and iced tea.
