Dinner is served buffet-style and features a variety of appetizers, entrees, a carving board, sides, and assorted desserts.

Lunch on day three is included at The Silo Restaurant. Choices are:

• Beef on Kimmelweck: roast beef cooked medium rare, sliced thin, and re-heated in au jus, served on a fresh “weck” roll (crusty, hard bread roll from Western New York, distinguished by its topping of coarse salt and caraway seeds)

• Jumbo Italian Sausage served on a fresh Italian roll with sautéed peppers and onions

• Silo Haystack: Thin sliced ribeye steak seasoned with melted mozzarella and golden shoestring potatoes on a hoagie roll with light mayo

• Grilled Chicken Sandwich: Chicken breast seasoned and grilled, served on a fresh Italian roll with lettuce, tomato, onion, and light mayo

• Cheeseburger: 1/3 lb. lean Angus beef patty topped with aged cheddar and served with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, and light mayo

• Hamburger: 1/3 lb. lean Angus beef patty served with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, and light mayo

• Footlong Hotdog: 1/4 lb. footlong hotdog cooked served with chopped onions

Lunch is served with fries and a token for any flavor ice cream (in a cup or cone) to be used at the ice-cream caboose. Soft Drinks are included.

Need to Know:

• Must be 21 years or older with valid Government Photo ID to receive a Seneca Player's Card.

• Maid of the Mist boat tour: Visitors are given a thin plastic rain poncho to wear, but may still get wet. The lower level towards the back of the boat tends to stay the driest. It would be a good idea to pack waterproof bags or pouches to protect your electronics, wallets, and other important items.

• Old Fort Niagara: You'll want to wear sturdy shoes as the paths are made of dirt and stone. Make sure to dress for the weather, it is usually breezy and about 10 degrees cooler than the inland as they are surrounded by the Niagara River and Lake Ontario.

• Every Starr trip includes deluxe round-trip motorcoach transportation from one or more of our departure locations.

Accessibility:

• Old Fort Niagara: The French Castle is a historic structure and is comprised of 3 floors. It does not contain an elevator, but the first floor is accessible to wheelchairs, walkers, and scooters.

Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino is a 4-Diamond resort conveniently located 3 blocks from the State Park where all of the Niagara attractions and Falls are located. The Resort features an indoor pool and fitness center. Dining options include Signature, Casual and Quick Dining. There are also several bars and lounges on site. Guestrooms include coffee maker, mini-fridge, hairdryer, iron/board. Guest rooms include walk-in shower (no tubs).
