Deposit/Final Payment: $425 per person is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due by 10/10/2025

Cancellation Penalties: If cancellation occurs from booking date to 10/10/2025, a $25.00* per person penalty will be assessed. If cancellation occurs between 10/11/25 - 11/16/25, a $425.00* per person penalty will be assessed. If cancellation occurs between 11/17/25 - 1/11/26, the traveler is in full penalty & no refund will be granted.

*In addition to the cancellation policies above, if additional payments have been made by Starr for the purpose of securing your cruise reservation, these monies are non-refundable once received. Any name changes after the final payment is made will be assessed a per person change fee determinted by the cruise line. Starr may impose an additional fee for name changes.

 

"Government fees & taxes, non-commissionable fees and port expenses" may include any and all fees, charges, tolls & taxes imposed by US and/or foreign/governmental authorities including, but not limited to, SU Customs fees, head taxes, dockage fees, wharfage fees, air taxes, hotel or VAT taxes incurred as part of a land tour, immigration and naturalization fees, and Internal Revenue Service fees.
