Saratoga Springs, NY Sightseeing Tour

Enjoy a guided sightseeing tour of Saratoga with popular local historian and author Hollis Palmer. As an 8th-generation Saratogian, Hollis offers a unique, personal perspective on the history and background of all included attractions, enriched by his colorful storytelling and deep knowledge of Saratoga Springs. Our tour includes the Race Track, Congress Park, Saratoga Spa State Park, the area's mineral springs with a quick stop to taste the water (cups to be provided), a horse farm purchased by the Shah of Dubai, and viewing of the numerous Gilded Age Mansions in the area of North Broadway, Skidmore College, Clinton Street, Greenfield Avenue, the entire length of Broadway and Union Avenue.

  • Children 16 and under can cross the Canadian border using only a U.S. Birth Certificate (original or copy) with both parents named listed. Children under 18 not traveling with both parents must have special notarized approval from both parents.

  • Those persons traveling to Canada, who are not U.S. citizens, may have additional requirements for border crossing.

Enjoy the Best Western Ville-Marie Hotel, located in the heart of Montreal, beside famous Mount Royal park and steps from Ste-Catherine and Crescent Streets famous for their boutiques and nightlife. The hotel features a restaurant, cafe and fitness room. Guest rooms include coffee maker, mini-fridge, hair dryer, and iron/board.

 

Day 3 and 4: Hotel Chateau Laurier (Quebec City, Quebec Canada)

The Hôtel Château Laurier is conveniently located to Old Québec, Grand Allee and the Plaines d'Abraham. The hotel features a restaurant, indoor pool, fitness room, sauna, and outdoor spa. Guest rooms include coffee maker, mini-fridge, hair dryer, and iron/board.

 

Day 5: The Queensbury Hotel (Glens Falls, NY)

The Queensbury Hotel has been a focal point of the Glens Falls region for close to 100 years. The hotel features a restaurant, indoor pool, and fitness room. Guest rooms include coffee maker, mini-fridge, hair dryer, and iron/board.
