Dinner on day one is included at The Queensbury Hotel.

Dinner will be served buffet style and features a garden salad bar, caprese tortellini pasta salad, sweet tea and lemon-brined chicken, dry spice-rubbed St. Louis pork ribs, herb garlic-marinated New York strip steak, cheesy jalapeño corn, baked potatoes, cornbread, and buttermilk biscuits. Kansas City and North Carolina house BBQ sauces will be served on the side. For dessert, enjoy blueberry crumble and chocolate peanut butter pie, along with unsweetened iced tea, coffee, and hot tea.

 

Lunch on day two is included at The Lighthouse Grill.
