Accessibility:

St. James Theatre: There are no steps at the theatre entrance; orchestra level has steps to rows Q-T only. There are no elevators or escalators at this venue. There are staircases with handrails to access the theatre's other levels. Restrooms are located one flight of stairs down from the Orchestra and on the Mezzanine and Balcony levels, with handrails available on all staircases for added support. For convenience, an accessible, single-stall, all-gender restroom is located on the Orchestra level.
Starr has a select quantity of wheelchair accessible motorcoaches available; therefore, we suggest you contact a Travel Advisor to discuss any needs you may have before reserving your trip.
