Once cooked, the taffy is stretched, shaped, and wrapped using a 97-year-old Model K Kiss wrapping machine, which can package up to 150 pieces per minute. Whether you prefer fruity, chocolaty, or classic flavors, each chewy bite delivers a taste of nostalgia. Be sure to savor a warm, freshly wrapped piece during your visit—and take home a pound of mixed taffy to keep the tradition going. Plus, every visitor receives 15 pieces of taffy to enjoy!

Meal Information:

 

Dinner on day one is included at Alberto's Ristorante. Choices are:

• Baked Scrod: freshly baked scrod with seasoned breadcrumbs, white wine and lemon served with pasta and a vegetable

• Pork Osso Bucco: pork shank cooked with celery, carrots and onions in a Barolo wine sauce served with mashed potatoes

• Chicken Parmigiana: breaded chicken cutlet topped with tomato sauce and melted cheese served with pasta

• Beef Short Rib: braised beef rib with celery, carrots, and onion in a Barbara wine sauce served with mashed potatoes and sauteed broccoli

Dinner is served with a house salad and tartufo for dessert. One soft drink per person, and coffee or tea are included.

Lunch on day two is included at Black Cat Tavern. Choices are:

• Cod Melt Sandwich served with fries and coleslaw

• Turkey BLT Wrap served with Cape Cod potato chips

• Mediterranean Vegetable Wrap served with Cape Cod potato chips

• Caesar Salad with grilled chicken

Lunch also includes triple-layered chocolate cake for dessert. Soft drinks, iced tea, coffee and hot tea are included.

 

Dinner on day three is included at Hyannis Harbor Hotel

Dinner is served buffet-style and features a mixed green salad with onions, carrot, cucumber, tomato, and balsamic vinaigrette, chicken piccata, codfish with seasoned bread crumbs, roasted sliced sirloin (gluten free), whipped potatoes, mixed vegetables, and assorted desserts. Dinner includes a beverage station of lemonade, iced tea, water, coffee, and hot tea.

Vegetarian/Gluten free entree of quinoa salad is available upon advanced request.

 

Lunch on day four is included at Seafood Sam's on Canal

• Participation in the Cape Cod “2nd Timers Only” tour requires prior participation on a trip with Starr Tours to Cape Cod. If you have not yet traveled to Cape Cod with Starr, we encourage you to do so and we promise, you will love it so much that you will want to go back again on this exclusive “2nd Timers Only” trip.

• The visit to the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute is a walking tour that lasts approximately one hour.

• For the Cranberry Bog Tour, we recommend dressing comfortably, as the terrain may be a bit muddy depending on the weather.

• Every Starr trip includes deluxe round-trip motorcoach transportation from one or more of our departure locations.
